Meet the Author

       Jeanne De Angelis is a classical pianist who loves to write fairy tales. She is a past member of the Suffolk County Piano Teacher’s Forum in New York, and the president of a children’s book publishing company, Fantasy Stage Productions, which is based in Santa Barbara, California. Jeanne has also taken on several miscellaneous projects, one of which was the cinema production of the music video “Beautiful Maria of My Soul” sung by Robert Tirado and accompanied by Ben Grisafi Big Band. Although she was born and raised on the plains of Long Island, New York, where she raised two loving daughters, Gina and Danielle, Jeanne became mesmerized by green mountains and vast ocean views of Santa Barbara and eventually settled there. Jeanne still lives in Santa Barbara, California. In her spare time, Jeanne’s favorite hobbies are oil painting and ballroom dancing.
